Jenn joined Family First in 2023 and brings with her 12+ years of HR leadership experience. Much of Jenn’s career has been spent in the medical field helping support clinicians and medical staff. She earned a bachelor’s in business administration from Eastern Washington University. After receiving her bachelor's degree, her real-world experience began. Throughout her career, Jenn has been helping leaders and businesses build strong HR processes, grow award winning teams, and develop amazing workplace cultures.
Born and raised in Spokane, Jenn’s roots in the Inland Northwest and Spokane community run deep. She lives with her amazing husband and son in Coeur d Alene, Idaho where they spend much of their time riding jet skis on one of the area's pristine lakes, or hiking amazing trails. Jenn also has a love of reading, gardening, painting, and making new friends.
