Rob Kreiselmeyer

Rob joined Family First in 2023 and is a US Navy Submarine Service Gulf War veteran with 23+ years of health care experience as a Registered Nurse. His professional certifications as a Board-Certified Case Manager (CCM) & Professional in Health Care Quality (CPHQ) have supported his clinical and leadership journey in pediatrics, pediatric ICU, travel nursing, community health, care & case management, value-based care, population health, quality, home care, disability, work comp, hospice & most recently as the director of care continuum helping to support their telephonic nurse triage, ambulatory care management, remote patient monitoring and social determinants/drivers of health (SDoH) programs. Rob’s servant leadership style of focusing on the growth and well-being of the people and communities that we serve aligns with the mission, purpose and values of Family First.  

Rob’s career of service began at a young age with a father who was a Lutheran minister and a mother who was an RN and there are over a dozen nurses in the family tree. His wife is also an RN, and they love to travel having visited over 25 countries together. His pastimes away from work include mastering the art of smoking Texas style brisket, collecting antique & unique wristwatches, and getting their 1893 Victorian home restored to its former glory.
